Wow! Incredible video Walter. Had these definitions been clear aprox a year ago, my wife would have been found disabled, instead of robbed by step 5, by a judge that denies everyone in our area, weaponizing the VE at step 5 repetitively. No due process. The same judge denied me as well 6 months prior, as the unfavorable award letter was almost identical for both of us. Over 3 years invested in each of our claims, and lost over $100, 00 in back pay combined. Thank you. Your awesome my friend.

I’m on DISABILITY my back/ spine is hurting. We .disability lawyers got a hearing- they looked at my medical records then the juge stopped it and said how old is he (me) answer 50 years old. So he declined payment in the rears he said we will put him on at time he turned 50. So we accepted this disability. It’s so small $1990 which doesn’t pay the bills. I’ve been selling of all my stuff my inheritance etc

Math question. The EM states in section B "fewer than 1, 000 employees in each of the nine U.S. Census Divisions". If a certain job is concentrated in a midwest state but not in other regions, but there are 5, 000 "nationwide", then that job doesn't match the methodology they used to isolate those other DOT's. In this case, is it expected that claimant can do the job, they just have to move to the midwest?

So my first hypo came up with 3 jobs with 5000 openings in the market, i didnt know to object nor did my Lawyer. However the second Hypo on having to recline every 2 hrs sent 3 jobs to zero. My lawyer seems to feel like i have a good shot. Jm just so jaded from 3 and a half years of dealing with SSA AND the medical system. Especially with the meds im on.

Doing the math...I'm still not clear on their determination process. As they were determining which occupations were going to be on the list, did they take the occupations from EACH of the nine census districts that had less than 1, 000 employees to then create a master list of occupations? I'm sure there were different qualifying occupations listed for each census district. If an occupation made it on the list of one district, does it mean that it's also used for exclusion on a nationwide basis? Can you explain better what it was talking about when it specifically mentioned the location of where the individual lives. You buzzed by that part and I replayed it several times and I still don't get what it is actually saying (around minute mark 7:37) . Thanks.

Hello, my name is Kelly Edelman. I am located in and/or around Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. I am in custody of my 9 year old grandson. He has some disabilities. I believe he is autistic. I am having trouble getting him on disability. The first attorney I had was really inadequate and unprepared, which resulted in a denial.
