This was so helpful, Dani! I am on a GLP1 and struggling to get enough protein in a day. My loss of appetite keeps me from eating typical-size meals, so I find myself snacking, but not on foods of much value. Even if I don't eat all of what you just shared, the ideas are spectacular. Please do more of these protein-forward, What-I-Eat-In-A-Day types of videos!

Thank you so much for the ideas, I am also post menopause, doing strength training, but am really struggling with what I eat. I eat clean whole foods, but have terrible cravings and then snack on junk. So looking forward to the banana bread recipe. Keep these ideas coming, we ladies in this stage of life need all the inspiration we can get. ❤

Hi Dani! Thanks so much for sharing another 'what i eat in a day'! Im in my 40s also, with the goal of just feeling strong and healthy in a sustainable (and delicious) way so that I can avoid the ailments that women in their 60s-90s usually encounter if they don't incorporate movement/nutrient rich food as a regular part of life. I've been a subscriber here for years, I remember when you had a different kitchen background! Your food and now strength exercise routines really show that you just dont age! You truly do not look 48 and I feel like that's proof that having nutrient rich food and daily movement really does help people look and feel younger than their age!

Great ideas and I love that you eat bread. I am also looking forward to the banana bread recipe next week. The afternoon is when I struggle and having coffee or tea and something like cake would satisfy my European taste buds.

Consuming collagen with 1000 mg vitamin C is also recommended. If I can find the reference, I will add it later. I prefer collagen powder in water vs a hot drink.

My food journey the past few years has had its ups and downs. What I've gotten out of your videos and content, Dani, is finding what works for me. I always love that your recipes are customizable for food allergies. At 61-years-old, what has been working for me since the beginning of the year is ensuring I get at least 7, 000 steps a day, exercising (nothing too strenuous) and eating 1, 000-1, 300 calories a day (sometimes less). If I have to skip breakfast, I eat a healthy dinner. Thank you for your insight and inspiration.

This video was outstanding! I’m 49, turning 50 in January. My hubby and I mostly eat high quality healthy foods, simple ingredients, etc. Throw in smaller more frequent meals and some intermittent fasting and we feel pretty good!
