I can relate to this, most people use my fitness pal to make sure they are not over eating. I use it to make sure I’m eating enough. Currently on 4k training twice a day, very similar macros. Feeling great

The thing that confuses me is I try to eat a lot but then you gotta by more food when you do it like that. Then prices are still so high right now. Then having time to make all that

Wow, Nick, that is a lot of food! Now, I know why you don't gain weight, since you burn it out, with your exercises and runs. But, you sure eat healthy. A good nutrition meal is an essential need for any physical intense activity. Keep up the good training if it makes you feel and look good. Your, motivation, dedication, and discipline, is what sets you apart from those people that will hate and envy you for what you do and for what you will become.
