Burnout is the enemy of productivity. Step back and take a break. See what you have achieved so far and plan ahead reasonably. Ensure quality sleep or rest whenever possible and do not bottle up your feelings. Hope that my advice would be helpful to you. Stay safe and healthy 🤗

Have been yet there after starting college but I believe I will be there soon. 33 chapters in 2 months including mathematical physics, mechanics and electronics. But I know I can do it. Thank you this videos always motivates me so much please keep this up I am grateful to be a part of this community as well. All of you are so motivating

I definitely had a Full Life Burnout 🔥🙃 😩 😅 😫 🤪. Lost my husband, father, oldest ran away and I'm stuck broke in a new state. ALONE . I am thankful for videos like these..helps me sort my thoughts 😌

I have been studying two years study of two seperate years in the same time (if that makes sense) trying to skip junior year .. the other day i woke up i did my usual workout and had my breakfast, i had aLot to do that day but i couldn't do ANYTHING
I realized what was happening and i just stopped forcing myself to do anything that day and took the whole day as a rest day . The next day was awesome I woke up energised and did all my study from last day

I have exams soon I have try to study too much like wake up 3am and try to study whole day but I can't I was feeling so low cause I just waste my time cause I just feel sleep every time while studying I always feel sleepy.. I was blaming myself that I'm lazy but I got notifications of this video and I realized that I'm burnout.. That's not my fault! And I'm suffering of depression too but I want to really study hard I have exams on Wednesday how can I get good grades:(
