Remember guys he can only eat like this because he’s on a lot of gear. Now I’m not saying that he doesn’t work hard or any of that because we all know that. But to the young kids watching and even some of the young adults. Your body can take all of this end because you burn through so much of it and you will also recover more easily when you are on gear. For the natural lifter eat plenty of good food and get plenty of calories, but not burgers, burritos and pancakes

I heard this, ate hella, lifted weights until I couldn't move and gained a lot of fat along with muscle.
This sounds like dirty bulking to me.

Double quarter pounder with a medium fry and a McCrispy with a large shake. Topped off with two servings of lasagna with two pieces of Texas toast and corn. Intermittent fasting through out the day. 5000 calories ain’t shit

5000 is actually surprisingly low for someone Larrys Size.
I ate 5500 every day for a couple of months last year to bulk up.
I couldnt eat during work so I was restrained to 3 Meals a day, I had a 2000 Calorie Breakfast, 2000 Calorie Lunch and 1500 Calorie Dinner.
Keep in mind I ate the same 3 meals every single day which were 90% clean because it was easier and I knew exactly how many Calories I was consuming.
I was pretty much never hungry and had to force everything down my throat, about once a week I had to throw up during breakfast.
I was taking 4-5 Shits every day.
Perhaps unsurprisingly I got a bit too fluffy too soon and had to cut back my calories.
Moral of the story: Dont bulk too crazy, you're gonna gain way too much fat. Also: incorporate more unhealthy foods into your diet if you have problems with eating enough. My obsession with not eating any shit made it very hard to get (and keep) the food down.

Note: you can only eat like this once you’re in the 12% body fat or lower.

Don’t eat like this when your about 16% or higher body fat, get to 12% then eat what you’d like. You can attack the added fat on your waist during your workout the next day.
