Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

Wanting to be hoovered may mean the victim is still seeing their own worth and desirability through the eyes of the Narc. One of the most cunning things that Narcs do is make you think their opinions about you, good or bad, seem more more important that your own. It takes time and being on your own to shake that off completely.

A reverse hoover IS still a hoover. Just like not providing closure is a form of manipulation. A narcissist isn't going to give you anything that forever closes the door.

It should be a compliment to be bad supply, honestly. It means you are authentic and don't give the reaction they want. They leave you alone because they know they can't manipulate you.

My last narc didn’t try to get me back. I left him for the second time. All he tried to do was intimidate me physically when I went to get my things back. I am very thankful.

Part 1:

Be very happy 😁 if past people whether they're a narcissist, toxic or just outgrown connection don't hoover you.

Don't reverse Hoover yourself for the holidays, cuffing season or any other season.

Part 2:

When you are let go from a connection or you let go of a connection regardless of the title..spouse, partner, family, adopted family, friends, acquaintance, stranger, organization/affiliations, etc.

May you not return to them nor allow them to return to you.

It is over for a reason; the lessons and seasons are over. Do whatever you have to Remember the reasons that it didn't work the first time..either you couldn't be yourself around them &/or it was outgrown &/or their were irreconcilable differences. Please don't waste your time. It didn't work before, so it won't work now.

May you heal between connections that are let go of, so you can take your lessons forward.

May you live your own individual life not what is expected nor projected.

It's been a hell of a year learning how a narcissist thinks, and I'm very appreciative for all you do.

I have stayed really strong no contact, and I could give one flying f*ck if the exe does or doesn't look my way again.
I'm grateful if he never looks my way.
But if he happens to try to creep back in, I know exactly what to do now.

I got three texts over a week ago that could be interpreted as love bombing or hoovering but I didn’t respond. He hasn’t said anything since. It was just “hope you’re well, “I miss every moment” and “I wish you the best.” He isn’t the type to hoover, he has way too much pride. Maybe that will be the end of it.

My narc ex discarded me 8 months and never came back. I know she did that on purpose out of revenge.
