Heart chakra yoga practice! This around 30 minute yoga practice focuses on balancing the energy of your heart chakra. This chakra is about self love and love for the world around us. It's related to the air element. The heart (anahata) chakra is the 4th chakra within the 7 chakra system and it is the bridge between the upper chakras and lower chakras; this makes the heart chakra important in centering your energy. In this yoga practice, we will work through yoga poses that open through the heart and chest space, so there will be some backbends like camel pose to encourage heart opening. This vinyasa yoga class is taught at an intermediate level and is guided with background music.
