This 15 minute heart opening yoga class will help to stretch the upper back, shoulders and chest helping you to breathe more fluidly and with ease. These upper body stretches will also help to release tension, stress and improve posture. You can use this as a morning yoga class or even a mid-day or evening yoga class.

Something that I've really come
To love about Bird's videos is that even tho it's not technically a "yin" class, she does hold the poses for just long enough to feel a stretch. Some instructors tend to move too quickly in a non-flow class and it can feel like not enough time to feel a good stretch and to think about the pose. So thank you, Bird!!!! I always come back to your videos!!!

I've been under the weather with a head cold and unable to practice for a couple days but feeling better and wanting to do yoga, I chose this class and I'm so glad I did!
