Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our whole body with strength and sweaty exercises ! We will rock 15 exercises for 3 rounds of 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest. I used my 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that challenge you!

The Exercises:
1. Arnold Press
2. Butt Kicks and Pause Squat
3. Kettlebell Swings
4. In and out agility
5. Bent Row
6. Jump rope
7. Dips
8. Incline mountain climbers
9. Hammer Curls and side step
10. High knee agility over towel
11. Standing Glute Lifts to kickback
12. Sliding forward punches
13. Slow Squat front raise
14. Jump Rope/Freestyle cardio
15. Burpee Push up and Deadlift

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. Today my 4yr old son gave me an ego boost. First he told me during the side jump portion that I was jumping further than Zelda his favorite video game character. Next, He walked in during the motivational speech portion when you where talking about living your best life and he said "mom you are living your best life right!?" Then he got right in my face and nodded and gave me a hug smile. I' m Proud of the progress I'm making and the healthy example I am setting.

Sydney's Daily Wisdom (47:22): "People talk about self-love, self-care all the time, and we associate it with bubble baths or getting our nails done, or getting your hair done. Self-love is also just the conversation that you have with yourself about yourself." DANG, Sydney. This really spoke to me. What good is a manicure if you can't even speak love and kindness to yourself? My compliment to myself: I have showed up for workouts every day since October 1, regardless of motivation, sleep, or any other factor. I am immensely proud of that fact.

No more body shaming myself, I didn’t gain this weight over night and I’m not going to lose it over night. I’m getting stronger by the day mentally, physically and emotionally. Thanks sydney💜 kudos everyone

I am so proud of myself because I'm 36 weeks pregnant and I keep showing up every single day. Having to modify of course but this doesn't discourage me at all. My baby will be so healthy once he's born and I'll be a strong and fit momma. Thanks Sydney! 😊🤰💪💕💞

It is about how we treat ourselves internally-- how we talk back to those voices. I am proud of myself for working out with Sydney every day for almost a year. I have never felt stronger.

Even at 53 it’s hard to practice positive self-talk but here goes: I’m proud of myself for showing up each day since Sep’20 and revealing that I am strong and powerful. I deserve to feel good😁💪🌸💕

Wow, that speech at the end HAD ME IN TEARS. Sydney, I came across your channel back in January and have been following your workouts since. I have been pursuing eating disorder recovery and recently started my own channel to document the process. For myself, I have been needing to gain weight. There are many fitness accounts that promote "weight loss" and a "bikini body", not you, you focus on STRENGTH and being empowered. The past week has been tough but this speech at the end really hit me. THANK YOU so much for always being there, staying positive and being an inspiration for MILLIONS! ☺️❤️💪 Love always.

This was a rough workout for me! I started and in the first ten minutes my stomach started hurting and I just felt mentally and physically drained. I took an hour break and came back to the workout and crushed it. I am so proud of myself for working hard and showing up even on the hardest days. My negative self talk is very bad so this end speech really hit home.

I am a beautiful and loving person who works hard at everything I do in life!!

I was feeling low today so i wasn't going to show up to the workout. But something in my mind said: c'mon Laura, you're gonna feel great after that, so I did. And at the end, your words really touched me because I made it till the end and I'm very proud of myself!
