Pastor Nelson: I lead adult Bible Study every Sunday in our Alabama church. Those I teach really appreciate the use of audio-visuals. Your videos, are among those I rely on almost every Sunday. I like the way you present the material and the humility with which you do so. Just wanted to share with you the impact of your ministry and thank you for serving our Lord so faithfully.

It is all about Grace, not about works. It's all about Christ, nothing to do with self, no flesh should ever glory in God's Presence save boasting in the Lord, for no human being participated in God's Salvation. It's all about Grace.

Jesus is fair, gracious and generous to all. Though He is not paticular to who will be the first and the last, it is clear that Jesus is the One who decides who deserves...

Very good, you mentioned some things I did not think of. I also think Jesus ment that the Jews who he came to save as a whole would be saved last when he returns at the end of the tribulation but the Gentiles who were to be saved last as a whole would be saved first like it is even today.

Wow, thanks. This REALLY helps to answer one of my question that I have struggled with for years. Imagine some gets saved at a young age and lives another 60 years serving Christ before he goes home to be with the Lord. Another person gets saved on his deathbed and dies a minute later. Both will be in heaven and will have the reward of eternal life, but other rewards from the Lord for them might differ due to how the person served Christ for 60 years and the other person never served Christ on Earth, since he died a minute after he repented similar to the thief on the cross.

Matthew 5:13
Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

Ephesians 5:26
That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

There is an order to our Salvation. Paul reveals this According To Jesus Christ. Literally. 1 Corinthians 15:23.

It’s a radical, total reversal of all human order and rank. It annihilates performance. Jesus said “the least will be the greatest!” The least!

And then what we have a tendency to do is to compete at being least! If we can accomplish that, it just makes us first again, which is last!

Whatever we get, we get as pure gift. We can’t earn it or deserve it. The source of all love, simply loves.
