I'm not a "burpee girl" but I sure enjoy these workouts. I'm a 57 year old guy who, with the help of these videos has lost about 8 pounds. I stretch so many body parts that haven't been stretched in years. Thank you very much! God bless you! You are a blessing!

It's taken me (my body?) about six weeks to discover how 'knee friendly' means that, instead of full squats and lunges, you shift your weight on and off of each leg for a small 'pulse'. SO knee friendly, So effective. SO much more sweat. Love how you're gently strengthening my muscles and joints. Thank you!
