Yes love it Andy. Since August 2022 I had to get put on a strict kidney diet because I have severe kidney issues. I wasn't really worried about losing weight. But since August of 22 I have lost 49lbs. I started out doing Kiat jud dai which really did a number on my back. It has worked for some, not for me. Then I found growwitjo and then you. And I do NOT weigh myself anymore because that can cause a person to give up. I sure did notice a huge change in my clothes and I have gone from XXL to a M/L and it took consistency. I work out 45min to 1hr 15min a day. Chicken breast, salmon, tilapia, cod, avocado, yogurt, water based fruit, watermelon, honey dew, cantaloupe and eat no fat free extremely low carb bread, squash, zucchini, sweet potatoes. I'm so grateful I found you. I workout 5-6 days a week. You are amazing Andrea, thank you love 🌺🌺
