Did this one yesterday. These always come in at the perfect time, usually after a more intense day, & it always loosens up achy muscles. Not too intense but my heart rate definitely stays in the 120 zone which is great for me!

I really enjoying this work out is so gentle for me I'm 52 I do jog 5 km a day but I was looking for work out in my house so since I started this one im so happy I use to have sore shoulders and knees but now I feel like 16 year old girl thank you Akhila🎉🎉❤❤❤
