I can do this! I tried to help my husband off the floor and pulled my back a year ago. Used to workout everyday but had to stop for awhile. I do treadmill daily. This looks great! Can't wait to try!❤

Thank you so much for this. So I have always been plus and even had a gastric sleve done but I always gain and lose. I'm getting older now and it's harder and harder. I heard someone say it should be come a habit to workout and even if I do 5 minutes of workout everyday for 6 weeks I will want to do more and in turn make it a habit to continue. So today I thank you for that 5 min workout got my heart rate up and it was easy thank you again
