Hi Josie Liz, I want to say Thank you for putting this out for us.
My story.. at my heaviest I was 222. Now 196. .. not a huge loss but a huge start for me. I started nutrisystems and am continuing to loose wt, as a super busy hospice RN, I don’t have time or energy to do gym membership or personal training.. these quick video are something I can do early in the morning before I go to work then again in the evening.. on my time.. I’ve got a lot of sagging skin now..that will take some time to deal will.. anyway, just wanted to say thanks and to keep rocking it!

Hi Josie, I have to take a steroid (prednisone) in order to keep my new kidney and pancreas working which will be 10 years in September( a blessing) of this year. Plus, I take depo birth control shot and a pill to help with heavy cycles. Most of the time I am hurgery from the meds. Over the past 10 years I have gained weight but lost 70 pounds in 2019 then the pandemic hit and had to stop working at my job in the field. I do some of your videos in the mornings such 100 rep standing Ab work out, and 3 minute belly flattened, and this new one which are my favorites!! I would like lose belly fat, tone up my arms ( I only have a 5 pound weight)and inter thighs from being so flabby. Plus I have started back on my premier protein shakes(30grams each) twice a day for protein to help with hunger since my doctor has me on a protein way of nutrition /sugar free products but lately I been indulging in some sweets. My schedule is busy most days with earning my second master degree . Any suggests on what videos to work that you have posted and for the amount of days?? Thank you
