Smoked Prime Rib On A Pellet Grill

On today’s video, I’m showing you how to get the perfect smoked prime rib on a pellet grill. The holidays are right around the corner, and everyone knows smoked prime rib is a must-have. Prime rib can be intimidating, but this recipe is so easy, it will blow your mind. To make it even easier, we’re walking step-by-step through the tying process so you can perfect the most difficult step of smoking a prime rib. We all know the perfect prime rib comes with a flavor-packed dipping sauce, so while the meat rests after the smoke, we’ll mix up a creamy horseradish sauce that will kick this up to level 100! Get ready, this is about to become your new go-to, EASY prime rib recipe.

Dipping Sauce Recipe

Dipping Sauce Ingredients
-1 whole head of garlic, peeled and crushed
-Butter
-1 cup softened cream cheese
-½ cup of sour cream
-2 Tablespoon horseradish
-¼ cup Kosmos Q Brisket Mop
-2 Tbsp Kosmos Q Nashville Hot Wing Dust
-Kosmos Q SPG

Instructions
-You can do this by hand but if you have an electric mixer it is definitely easier
-Sauté the garlic in butter until the garlic is softened, approximately 5-10 minutes
-Once it's softened, remove it from the heat and separate the garlic from the butter and let it cool down
-Whip the softened cream cheese until it's fluffier
-Add sour cream, horseradish, Brisket Mop, Nashville Hot wing dust, SPG, and garlic into the mixing bowl and mix until well combined
-Add any seasonings you want
-Return the mixture to the refrigerator until you are ready to serve

This is about the most realistic bbq tutorial I've ever seen. Thank you for not editing out all of the snafus and expletives. This is exactly how things go at my house. Prime rib looks pretty good too.

Our family has made herb and butter crusted prime rib in the oven every year until I tried this recipe. I cooked it on our traeger pellet grill and it blew my family away!!! The only thing I would change is to use less horseradish in the dipping sauce

I like to cook until internal 120 and then finish for 3 mins or so on my weber charcoal to sink in a sick sear!
