Learn how to prepare a fantastic SMOKED Ribeye Roast, also known as a Boneless PRIME RIB ROAST, on the smoker. First, we will season and partially smoke the ribeye roast using our Pit Boss Pro Series 1150 pellet grill. While the boneless rib roast is smoking, we'll prepare our delicious Garlic and Herb Butter, as well as a simple Red Wine Au Jus to drizzle on at the end. Finally, we'll show you how to sear the rib roast with high heat and finish it at the perfect doneness!
