I have a friend who's caring for her mom with dementia. I noticed she had a load of boost in her cabinet. I told her she shouldn't give her mother boost because it's just sugar milk with a bunch of low quality artificial vitamins. She said she her doctor said she should drink it. About a hour later her niece came in the room complaining that the mom refused to drink that CRAP and actually poured it out. Her mom is smarter than her doctor 🤔

I’m an 81 year old carnivore who completely reversed my D2 . I’m a completely different woman now.

I'm 60 years old. There is so much dementia in my family and my sister who is a pharmacist says it is just a part of aging. I eat the carnivore diet and I tell my kids that I'll be a feisty old lady and won't be getting dementia nor will I be getting feeble any time soon.

I'm 70 and have eaten carnivore for over 4 years. I work out in a gym usually 2 hours a day. I expect I will escape the assisted living home for a while. The nursing homes situation is the result of 60 years of propaganda from the government, medical and food industries and some religious groups. I'm so glad to have found you, Dr Baker and Dr Ken Berry.

Seniors should eat what everyone should eat - REAL FOOD. No fake/processed crap. Ever.

My mom’s approaching 80 and has always been athletic and inquisitive. A few years ago I got her onto a keto diet and increasing her meat intake. Her bubbly personality came right back and she’s even begun to get back a bit more muscle tone. Nobody is immortal, but what I want for her and for all those patients in the homes is to live without chronic illness and dementia.

Thanks for this conversation.

I'm 74 and carnivor for years. I'm in great shape and I know that I won't be going into a nursing home. Ever.

Currently watching the beginning where he's discussing quality of life for the elderly. This man is an angel. His compassion is obvious.

II'm close to 75 years old. I've been Carnivore for almost 5 years. I wore glasses at 40. Now I don't wear them. My chronic pains are gone. My PTSD is gone. My brain is getting healthier. My muscles are getting bigger. My workouts are great and I don't push excessively. My workouts are pressure less. I go in and do certain exercises. I don't get like I have to push hard. Sometimes I do a longer exercise time and other times I do less. I never feel like I didn't do enough. I am so peaceful.

I’m 71, certified diet coach. For the last three years, I’ve had a facebook group of 8, 200 carnivore dieters age 40 and above, the largest segment being 55 and older. We have lots of carnivore success stories. I’m in AZ, too.

Oh wow! I'm a caregiver for over 20 years. I was also plant based eater. Meat was a no no. I've just stumbled onto this for arthritic healing. I'm looking forward to changes for my 60 yo body. This has inspired me to help other senior clients in the future. Thank you for sharing this! WOW!!

We could only wish that all senior living facilities were managed by someone like Mr. Cranmer.

I opted ketovore (mostly carnivore) in August. Saw my mom (age 84) about a month ago and she couldn't believe the difference in my overall health, with the perk of weight loss, and asked for all my information on how to do this way of eating. Went on to explain the healthy benefits of losing all the sugar and processed foods, and now she is trying to eat this way too to maintain her health. She lives in a seniors condo building, and has seen a lot of her friends deteriorate and die due to health issues, so is very keen on being healthy and active as long as she is able. Great informative video. Thank you!!!

As an assisted living center owner, it must make obviously great business sense to invest in keeping your tenants alive for longer, yet what this man is doing is revolutionary in our day and age. Crazy world!

My father started working out in the gym at 16 to correct his obesity. After the army he continued working out and eating low carb, no sugar. He grew up in the meat business, became a meat inspector and then worked as a butcher in the family biz. We always had great cuts of meat....leg of lamb, rib roasts etc. Through his 40s 50s and early 60s he ate steak and veg for dinner, big salad with blue cheese for lunch and coffee for breakfast. He worked out played tennis and loved trending his huge yard. In his late 60s his doctor convinced him to go low fat, nonfat, sugar free....all the heart healthy crap. He ended up with dementia mid 80s, died at 89 in very nice memory care place that served fruit juice, pudding, cookies, cake, pancakes, waffles, cereal, pasta, casseroles etc. He maintained his preferred diet of eggs and sausage/ bacon for breakfast, chicken Ceasars salad or hamburger patties and salad for lunch and protein and veg for dinner. I'm convinced his dementia was brought on by all the artificial sweeteners in his diet coke, diet fudge bars, nonfat dressings and a major lack of healthy fats. He only ate skinless chicken breast and the leanest steaks he could get. I believe type 3 diabetes is for real and the nonfat craze has starved a lot of brains

It’s so important for people to realize what’s in store for them at MOST nursing homes. Eat meat, stay healthy.
