Great stuff. As a sober alcoholic, former pro athlete and now entrepreneur and grad student …I totally agree

So true. The isolation I had during childhood compounded to being afraid of people in my adulthood.

I just have to learn how to grow from my failures. I hope that compounds.

Advice on ways to become is wonderful. Also you better understanding that not everyone can relate or follow the rules for success if they have experienced trauma. It takes work to heal and move forward on that path of success.

I’m twenty-three years old and I knew this stuff way before I watched this video. Experience is equally important as making human errors/mistakes for increased growth to develop a stronger human character/personality.

For anyone who thinks their drinking has become too much or thinks they might have a problem: quit for 90 days, no alc, no drugs, no weed, nothing. Focus on 1 goal for those 90 days, have a support system in place to keep you from falling back and see how it goes. If it helped you, great! Maybe keep going then? If not? Well you're just back where you started but at least you gave it a shot (no pun intended)

As a person who is in hospice for eight years in home health for many other years, I can tell you that, yes, drinking is the devil I saw this from childhood on, it is a acid and slowly eats away from the inside out, so you don’t see the effects in the beginning. I can also tell you that alcoholism induced dementia sucks the big one. It doesn’t bother the person who has it but it sure is a bother for the people who have to take care of that person…..
I’ve always been a social person, but due to life changes I’ve recently become antisocial in the past few years so this video hit me big time ….

Such a cool symbol chart at the end. I made a similar charge myself however it is more complex and includes options 😄.

As a recovered alcoholic. Let me tell you 20 year olds somethings. Alcohol is pernicious. It compounds and very subtly has a huge impact on your life. By the time you are 35 you find yourself drunk everyday. Only drink to celebrate. Don't do it more than once a month. And make sure it's just 2 glasses or pints at most to celebrate your improvements from the prior month.

FACTS. Where you are in your life right now is the result of a series of choices you made over time. Misery or content. YOU caused this. And YOU can change your future.
