Greg might be right. according to biochemistry proteins are broken down into amino acids and then absorbed in small intestine. Proteins are used as required for muscle building, cell repair. Rest are converted into sugar, then fat.

Muscle protein synthesis has a rough cap in a single dose - sure you can “absorb” all of it. But not synthesise those proteins into muscle in an efficient way unless you spread it out. As a useful advice tho- most people just don’t eat enough and doing it in a oner is easier. Helps reach total protein goal without over thinking it

There have been studies done on how much protein you can actually metabolize in a sitting, and it comes to around 100 g for an average sized man. Less for women, more for large men

Its not a lie, just a missunderstood concept, around 30gr a protein is roughly what maximizes muscle protein synthetize in the body, you can obsorb a lot more than that in one sitting

This is not a myth yes your body can absorb protein in one go but when you eat 5 times a day you cause your body to icrease mps multiple times leading to more muscle gain its not that big a deal if you just wanna look decent but when you are under that 10% mark this makes a big difference
I follow 18:6 fast because it helps me be very clear but i know its not the best situation to be in to put on muscle
