It is so true. I left my 3rd long relationship just a few weeks ago. I am 52 years old and even though I realized my patterns long before this I chose to ignore them. Now I finally realize that if I ignore these patterns it just gets worse. Each relationship got worse. In this last one, I fell really hard and fast and chose to ignore the signs and I ended up being hurt the most. Now, finally, I am working on me. I follow your videos and a few others and every day I wake up with gratitude in my heart, I spend time in nature, I feed my body the right foods, I meditate, I do yoga, and it is incredible. I hug trees!!! And I love how it makes me feel!! Haha! I just did a pure energy healing course and I feel amazing and beautiful. For the first time in my life i don’t need anyone. I am my own hero. My life is transforming before my eyes with synchronicities and abundance. I have love, and it comes from inside. My heart is filled with love for myself. It’s beautiful. Anyone can do this. Currently dealing with this on year 2. In the beginning has master said my energy was in high motion. Made some mistakes, but learned from them. Causally dated from time to time, was completely alone no dating for 6 years before I met him, , and it had been 25 years since I had said I love you to a man..and 2 and half years with him and I am now ruined financially..he ghosted me April of last year when I found out he was cheating...I've been alone most of my life.
