You make it look simple, and half the time the puppy is probably half trained. I’ve tried this approach and it makes it worse. Every pup/dog is different

Notably very many species will NEVER stop it till they grow out of it and sometimes it's a lot longer than anticipated. In the villages, training service dogs, we simply stop interacting and play and leave puppy alone for some time till it starts crying for attention -- and it will eventually cry. The right time to approach is after some time not right-away and "check" if bites continue on and if yes, pull back again and let it cry for attention for a-bit longer time and iterate such till biting completely stops and it will eventually stop. I know it's a-bit rough to let it cry for a while, but it all should be controlled with proper attention. At the end you will feel only licks and not even second thought in bites at any age of the puppy including spoiled and overgrown ones 1yo+.

Hi mate I’m going through a hard time with my staffy puppy due to idiots throwing fireworks past us. She now is terrified of loud noises outside, she now shuts down and doesn’t move on walks, she has lost all of her obedience due to her being in fear, she just wants to run home. After watching around 30 of your videos I have ordered a slip lead and human grade cbd oil, hopefully with a bit of your training methods and those tools I can get her confidence back.

The way I taught my dog to lick was I got his dental treat and put plain non fat Greek yogurt on it if he licks it I let him and say gentle if he tries to bite it I take it away and sternly say no. Since yogurt is very lickable for dogs it's worked great and is beneficial for their gut as well. I let him have the dental treat when I'm done by putting him in a sit and then I put the treat on the floor and tell him leave it until he holds eye contact then I let him have it by saying okay. This is a good introduction to teaching them how to lick instead of bite.

I have a Doberman puppy that growls and bites . When I punish him he just jumps forward to attack me, I’m trying to find new ways to disobey him without making it worse.

This doesn’t work for me :( my dog manages to wiggle out and bite anyways. And he bites HARD. I’m bleeding on my hands and forearms and face. He busted my lip. He is 8 weeks old. I can’t just ignore the nipping because I am in a lot of pain at this point

I have a 2 year old Pitbull I did this when she was smaller now she attacks me with licks every time she sees me sit down she gets up and sits on my lap to lick me and goes ham on me then would grab my face with her face and continue to lick lmao it’s so cute and I can tell she does it for anxiety and for comfort and affection

Everytime my puppy mouthed I got a toy to play with instead. I pet him with my hand, but used a toy to play with, rather than wrestling . It worked with my German shepards.

I can't find the original video, I feel like it had more information.. I have a German Shepherd and this worked like a charm, now I have puppies and I send this video to the new pet owners.. If you are wondering if this works?? It does.. It took probably a good 3 days of this practice and it broke my girl of nipping..

So my 8 year old dog male chihuahua doesn't seem to like children young children spassificly. ive noticed children 5 or older he seems fine with Anyone brings their children he seems terrified of them and growls at them this could be due to something bad thats happened before we got him. We go him when he was about 2. If they move he growls or barks. Especially when they come near me. How can I stop this behaviour
