Thank you. I am the primary person taking care of our dog (she’s only 13wks old, and we have had her since 8wks old) and my husband keeps blaming me for not training her right and saying she’s biting excessively and that it’s not normal. I was so glad to find a video showing a puppy doing exactly what our pup does so I could show him. She is gradually getting better, but it’s only been about 5 weeks since we got her, and my husband apparently expected instant results, so I’m glad you informed us it can take months, and it can last until 5 months, so we don’t have unrealistic expectations. Everything you mention in this video works better than anything else for my girl! Another thing that helps is teaching her a word to associate when we put her in her boring area to calm down, so when she starts biting I use the word and she usually stops because she doesn’t want to go to her boring area (gated off hallway) lol
