Hubby and I spent about 3 hours in the kitchen yesterday prepping this meal plan for the both of us. It has been so nice today not worrying about what to eat. I am about to go back to work full time so we are trying to figure out how to stay fed without me having to cook every night after work. Thank you.

Kayla- you are the absolute best. Im sure you have no idea that your meal plans have actually saved lives, but it’s true!!! My mom has followed you for quite awhile and has even purchased the cookware and meal prep containers you used because she loves you so much. She shared with me about your channel and I started following you as well, and my mom has had some very scary health issues lately, that has landed her in the hospital multiple times fighting for her life, but your meal plans is what she has chosen to follow from here on out; and because of her health issues I am helping her do the meal prep on a weekly basis and I am following it as well for my own household and we love everything you share so much! Hello Kayla!! I just wanted to say a BIG thank you for everything you share. I have always struggled in the kitchen. I convinced myself that I just didn't like cooking. Complicated recipes would overwhelm me and I'd give up. I only found you two weeks ago and what a revelation! I've prepared two of your meal preps so far and absolutely love them. My husband is shocked!. Turns out I do like cooking, I just needed no fuss, healthy, super tasty and easy to prep recipes. Buying cookware is my new hobby haha! YO THAT SALAD IS SO DAMN GOOD I didn’t even have salmon or green onion 😭 needed to get rid of some canned tuna and forgot the green onion and replaced the celery with some bell pepper but DAMN can’t wait to try that with some fresh baked salmon like wow new fave for sure. Tryna lose 50lb this year and this gonna make it so easy 😭

Prayers for a blessed motherhood! What wonderful menus. I tried carnivore for a few weeks and last week was a disaster. I worked all day then did Vacation Bible school at night as team leader. It is very rewarding but the food was crap and I didn't have time to prep because we actually started Saturday. I had grandchildren all weekend. My blood sugar dropped too far and I could barely function. Going back to more satisfying macronutrient menus.

We have chickens and I get about 9 eggs a day. I usually do something with them for the week but I do get tired of them. Thanks!
