Glad to say I'm phase 8. I remember being at phase 1 and I'm happy I didn't quit. Now I can do eight pull ups

I’m so happy to not be in those beginning stages it was so hard and felt like the increase of power in my muscles will need a long time, that was 3 months ago now i can do at least 10 maybe even 13. But I started to do them with dip belt and 5kg and I do 4 sets of round about 5 clean pull ups and then one set without dip belt to the maximum it only was 3 reps left 😂

Im doing weighted pullups, what phaee is that? I saw coments that phase 9 were 10 pullups for more than a set. So i guess phase 11?

Phase 7: I tore both my rotator cuffs years ago and get shoulder pain but I can do 3 pull-ups before it hurts.

In marine corps basic immediately after every chow we’d go max out pull-ups on the bar. Sooner or later I saw improvements and busted out 20 of em no problem by the end of basic.

is this just a female thing ? I believe phase 7 is actually phase 1 for most avg people unless your over weight
