I really love how minimalistic this video is. No music, no fancy editing, just 4 buddies chatting about their tofu. Weird concept, but I kinda wish I could live in an apartment that gave off the same vibes as this video lol.

I didn’t realize what silken tofu was until Andrew finished making it. It’s actually one of the main ingredients of a street-food dessert (i think) here in the Philippines. It’s called Taho. So if you add tapioca pearls and brown sugar syrup to the silken tofu, then you have Taho.

I love "Tell us what you've made" so much, it's so comforting and provides new recipes/inspirations :D
This episode reminds me of when my girlfriend ordered soy milk and then we kinda forgot about it and it became a little weird texture-wise so she made silk tofu from it and then a cheesecake from said tofu, it was delicious
