I dislocated my shoulder attempting a muscle up. Just had surgery to fix a torn labrum and currently out for 4 months. My best advice to anyone wanting to learn the muscle up is to build sufficient strength in your pull ups/weighted pull ups first. Then the skill will come naturally.

The first thing I do at the gym before a workout is some muscle ups, to establish dominance.

Dang nice rep. I also don’t kick my legs or use much swing, main reason I don’t kick my legs up is because I destroyed my knee on a bar that’s lower and in front of the bar I was on. Literally couldn’t walk for a few minutes 😭

Guys i need help! My parents said im not allowed to go to the gym and I am 14 years old. Like i literally have a park less than 5 minute walk and it has a gym. I wanna play football in 10th grade but my dad is a dumass and doesn’t know anything about working out and acts like he does. I can’t do push ups at all. And i have stubborn fat! Any tips?!?!?
