I Learned How To Muscle Up In 3 Days! For 100 days prior I did one of the most intense training regimens known to mankind. This gave me the strength I needed to complete the muscle-up, but it was the technique that I was lacking. So I took it upon myself to watch dozens of muscle-up videos until the proper technique was engrained into my brain. To my surprise, I learned the muscle-up extremely quick and I realized its not as difficult of an exercise as people make it out to be. I hope you find this video to be inspirational/educational. Go out there and try something you think you can't do..... because chances are you actually can!

I watched this video on monday unable to do one muscle up. On wednesday I managed to do 2 in a row. My starting strenght was somewhere about 14 pullups, 8 bar dips and 8 toes to bar. The breaktrough came with your cue "L-sit hard", and that got me flying over the bar. Good stuff, great video! You have my gratitude.

I've always had a thick bar to train with at home and I was always so frustrated when I can never do a muscle up. But when I went to a park it had bars there, thin ones. I tried doing pull ups and thought that it was easier than mine's at home, eventually I thought about doing muscle up and did like 8. I've never been so happy in my life, laughing so hard alone at the park like a fucking maniac. Still having hard time with my thick ass pull bar at home, nonetheless I can do 5 tops currently. Feels so good when you progress man

I remember it taking me 5 months to learn the muscle up, after I started calisthenics back in 2017. Now I can take 10 in a row :))

Congratulations Brandon, I have been doing Callisthenics for 25 years, I'm 53 and have not yet mastered the muscle up, I feel the same that I have the strength, but must not have the technique, those few tips are going to make the difference I believe, grip placement, lunge forward, L sit, subtle but very important tips I believe will be the difference, I'll let you know how I get on

Your video has helped me more than any other!! Thank you so much!! I tried doing a muscle up on my pull up bar at home right now and I can pretty much get it but I just can’t go all the way or I’ll hit my roof 😂😂😂 the L sitting really hard part was the 1 thing I was missing, I was always trying to do it with my legs just straight and apparently THATS what was holding me back!! Not my strength, I literally do 70+ pull ups daily so I never understood why I couldn’t.

I’m going to try later at my gym! I hope I get it down today, I feel like the L sit part is what I was missing because right now I could’ve done it if it was a regular bar
Unfortunately I’m about to go to bed but now I’m really excited to go later and try at the gym! Wish me luck bro!
