What a great recipe for a large family or for when you have guests over! Much less time consuming than individual omelettes, and you can make all your side dishes while it's baking (toast, hash browns, etc.). Perfect for Christmas morning! I'm looking forward to trying this one!

The added liquid in the broccoli one is probably from the tomatoes and broccoli. They give off a lot of liquid when they cook. She could cut back a little on the milk and that might help that problem. They look great!
