I also didn't like how the cop was calling a grown man "dude" instead of sir. That's just basic respect every citizen deserves from a professional service provider.

The fact this guy's job for 9 nine years was to yell at random people almost constantly gave me a huge sense of satisfaction. Him being a former drill sergeant, and in the right, yelling at that cop like he was in bootcamp brought a huge smile to my face

Cops should be held to at least the same standard as a McDonald's employee, don't you think?

Officer Marler was allowed to resign. It seems this was his 6th job as a police officer.
He now works for Willits, California. His 7th police department.
