Dallas lawyer fired after argument with Uber driver

Dallas County Assistant District Attorney Jody Warner lost her job after her Uber driver recorded her making threatening comments.

She didn’t sound very uncomfortable while threatening him and abusing him. She seemed very comfortable doing that

You KNOW this is not the first time she has played the district attorney power card and the Im a victim (ie this is kidnapping) card. Alcohol loosens inhibitions. She lost her filter and showed who she really is. She looked down at the Uber driver like he was scum beneath her. She threatened him, berated him. And at the end of this she probably STILL thinks she’s the victim.

Whenever I hear an "apology" like that, a red flag goes up mentally.
That was a blatant excuse for her behavior and verbal abuse towards the Uber driver.

He is a kind and gracious man to let the unpleasant incident go. All the best to this real gentleman !
