The first kidnapping in history where the victim was told to leave.

She's only sorry because she got fired.

She didn’t sound very uncomfortable while threatening him and abusing him. She seemed very comfortable doing that

You KNOW this is not the first time she has played the district attorney power card and the Im a victim (ie this is kidnapping) card. Alcohol loosens inhibitions. She lost her filter and showed who she really is. She looked down at the Uber driver like he was scum beneath her. She threatened him, berated him. And at the end of this she probably STILL thinks she’s the victim.

This is the type of person that can ruin peoples lives by charging them with a crime just because they can.

I wonder how many innocent people are locked up because of her.

Imagine how many times she has been this way to someone…no matter what place you are in the society, we’re all people…

She still has no accountability for ALL of her actions. The driver has a huge heart.

She could have ruined him if he hadn’t made that audio.

This guy single handedly saved untold number of innocents from wrongly being sentenced.

Whenever I hear an "apology" like that, a red flag goes up mentally.
That was a blatant excuse for her behavior and verbal abuse towards the Uber driver.

He is a kind and gracious man to let the unpleasant incident go. All the best to this real gentleman !

She was drunk! She needs to take her narcissistic ego and accept accountability for her evil behavior. Unfortunately, that will never happen. To this narcissist who thinks she’s all that: You reap what you sow and evil never wins!

Her tone of voice tells you exactly how comfortable she was.

If Not recorded she would have set him up for sure

It's amazing that in the middle of that phony apology, she still trying to put the blame on the poor guy.

So sick of people apologizing & saying how there behavior is so inexcusable, only after the fact that they were caught doing it. I can guarantee she's done this her whole life, probably since high school.

She worked for the public. She got paid from tax payers money and was a civil servant. Her behaviour was unacceptable and good on her boss for firing her.

Being drunk does not change a person. It only reveals who they are.
In this case, a truly hideous person.

This driver is nothing more than an honorable man you could tell he didn’t expect this kind of backlash. You could also tell, he didn’t want to get her in any trouble.

He seems so nice. Sorry that happened to him.
