This is EXACTLY the type of person that destroys public and police relations. Judging by his arrogance, ignorance and extreme lack of empathy of any kind, I'm willing to bet this man's entire career had been tainted with hate, lack of character and morals. I'm sure there were plenty of red flags. Hopefully they do review the cases of these 13 victims and this POS faces some murder/manslaughter chargers smh.
