I put the broth in the refrigerator and scoop the tallow off the top and put it in a separate jar and use it instead of butter or oil. Love Dr. Paul!

In Iran we have some dishes with plenty of collagen,
Some of them are made from beef’s leg ligaments, also a dish made from beef stomach, I get my collagen with these most mornings😁

For now I will buy grass-fed bone broth from the store and use some collagen peptides powder grass-fed. I am eating more animal based foods and it’s helping my hair skin and nails I finally feel Gorgeous. After years of feeling ugly to to nutrient deficiencies. I love animal products I Feel and look better ❤️

Add apple cidar vinegar while cooking your bone broth. It helps with the taste and also breaks down the collegen from the bone quicker and gives a smooth consistency. I cool mine down and then scrape the tallow off the top and use it to brown steaks....yummy!

(1/4 cup apple cidar vinegar per lg crookpot or instapot).

Just bought two oxbones. Boiled. Dug out marrow. Very tasty. And bones will go to the dogs to chew. Definitely doing this once or twice a week.
