Join me (Mike - Physiotherapist) for this 20-minute full exercise routine for seniors, working the whole body to help keep you moving. We also work the core and get some balance in at the end.

Thank you for caring for senior adults and doing these videos. Would you consider one for anterior hip replacement or ITBS? I just had THR but was immediately diagnosed with ITBS. I have been using several of your videos. Again, thank you!

I love this workout. It is quick but really gets my heart going. The sit-to-stands are a killer when you are out of shape. LOL

Today I balanced on my left leg with only one wobble for 45 seconds. Right leg is fine. Finally progress. When I first started, I could balance for maybe one second. Your routines are gently stretching my muscle back into shape after five months of limping at best. Thank you again.
