Nice lookin roast! I just did one over night a couple weeks ago and there is no better feeling than grabbing onto it that first time. A little tip: I put a catch tray under mine to keep the mess down and capture the juices to mix back into the shredded pork. Once I started doing that I never got another dry roast again!
