I smoke pork shoulder, just did a small one today for 5 hours low and slow. You can’t do it the same in the oven it needs to be done low and slow on a smoker.

worst version of a cooking video i have ever seen no measurements just look and gues to size of meat to amout of ingredents waste of time did find a good recipe else where so nice meal but based on information given terrable video i have seen home cooks with more acuracy on youtube i was going to continue then rememberd this is bbc content and i thought now it makes sense
