Anterior pelvic tilt is excessive forward tilting of the pelvis.

This is something I’ve been teaching about for over 10 years.

If I were to boil down ALL of the exercises you could do to fix this into ONE exercise to rule them all then this would be it.

This is an RKC plank or a plank performed with a posterior pelvic tilt and flat lumbar spine (the opposite of APT and hyper lumbar lordosis).

This is great for APT correction for a lot of reasons, but mainly because it targets ALL the muscle imbalances associated with APT.

I cant bro ive tried. Barely got strength to do it and My upper back goes forward my kyphosis get ultra pronounced smh
