Exactly sir it’s been 12 weeks since I started my fat loss, lost 7kgs easily but stuck with the plateau now😢

I disagree. If I wanted to get down to say 11-13% bf, I'd probably increase my calorie deficit after hitting a plateu, cardio is helpful but its more of a supplement. Also, you cannot increase NEAT. NEAT is literally the energy expenditure that happens from subconscious activities such as fidgeting, maybe sleeping, etc.

Please I request people of my country don't get so much addicted to bodybuilding, appearance, I'm not saying it's not good, but getting stuck to anything is bad, now building muscles and reducing weight takes sometime. Some people start taking steroids to look good and some people say completely no to some essential supplements, both are extremes, many people either do not take non veg food even they go to gym and many can't leave in sawan and badho which is harmful for health, both are extremes.. Please stay balanced, everything has its own importance in our life..

I was 95 kg in sept when i joined gym now almost after 2 months i am stucked on 88 with calorie deficit diet and workout six days a week, also with lot of sacrifices. Stucked with plateau since 10 days honestly it's becoming too hard to break i wanna reach 80 soon to become lean

I did change in my workout but weight stuck I was doing hiit, skipping and abs exercise
Then I change I go to running and do some cardio, weight exercise and Abs after 1.5 month I didn't see any change then I started resistance training and my weight is still same

Can you please help me in making workout plan to lose weight

Kya koi mujhe batayega ki main gym mein exercise mein weight plates kaise increase karun!? 10 kg se 12 ke 3 reps nikal leta hun! But jab 12 kg pe jata hun to hands shiver hone lagte! Esp chest exercises/ barbell rows mein/ or squats mein to lagta hai ki mar jaunga😢😢

Main 4 mahine se confused ho rha hun!

But does it matter? Unless and until You're in a decent deficit. You SHOULD be losing weight. If you're not that just means you're not in a deficit(or not moving enough at all ) Correct me if in wrong please
