This looks great! I bought the stupid can from home depot for textured walls. But this is a better alternative.

Hired a friend to paint some rental property and specifically asked if he knew how to drywall and finish and he said yes. About 2 days later i checked up on them and the fks after replacing and patching just smoothed it over flat and painted over that. Tbh it really was my fault cause when i showed up they were in the rooms so i went over living room and kitchen areas. Will atempt this tomoro. Thanks!

Wow, all surrounding areas still pretty thick, you should show how it looks when it’s painted, that’s when you know the final results and if is a professional job smh .
