Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

A lady I knew died and my ex narc bf just sit there and looked at me. No condolences, no nothing, no hug, no I sorry to hear that. I just got the silent treatment and a stir down.

I always wondered why I got no empathy from him when I cried in front of him..even though he's the one that made my cry. He would have no emotions and would literally get angry or even say "what are you crying about' when he knew damn well why! So cold!!!

OMG you've described exactly how all 3 of my sisters looked at me as I cried at my mother's funeral. It felt so cold, heartless, and weird. They stared at me like I was the crazy one. Even though mother was an extreme narc herself who made my my life miserable, I still felt like a part of me had died. Nowadays, I hardly speak of or to any of them.

Ex I divorced would glare in disdain and yell at me for inconveniencing and wasting his time telling him what I was going through as he invalidated, berated and called me names, then walked away with absolutely zero compassion or empathy . No follow through of checking on me.

Omg! My ex would do that. I would feel the anger or frustration coming off of him. It stressed me out even more. Glad this divorce is almost final!

My dad would get angry at me when I cry. It’s like he comes down on me to then blame me for being sad on top of being sad. It’s seriously sick. Gaslighting me for being sad and turning the reasons on me. It’s a real mind screw and I’ve learned not to tell him much anymore

I cracked and started silently crying on the couch one night and he stared at me like I was an alien at first, then asked me WHAT IS WRONG. I was so broken at that point I couldn’t even answer more than say I couldn’t understand why things became this way. Then came the rage from him and he packed his things and left, and he ghosted me. A week or so later after me being blocked he reappeared like nothing happened . Today I can’t believe I ever went along with his games, it took a physical violent situation for me to leave him and that in turn brought on a two year smearing and stalking that’s still ongoing. It’s so far from anything normal and humane it can get.

My Ex narc would accuse me of putting on performance & try to gaslight me into believing I "breaking in half" when he was was doing everything in his power to break me in half but I never did which pissed him off

My ex would just go quiet and blank. He didn’t know what to do or say. Once I was crying he really wanted to have sex with me. It was weird. Now that I understood narcissism a little bit better I get it. He has no empathy. Absolutely none.

Wow!!! 💡😆This was an eye opener, I used to be totally confused and become deeply wounded, when there was no reaction, but I began to keep my emotions to myself or go to a quiet area. Thanks for explaining makes a lot of sense. When the puzzle fits you get a full picture that it wasnt you being too sensitive
