For biceps, I prefer going to the gym during the busiest time, make sure all the squat racks are full, and then spend the next 3 hours doing curls in the squat rack. 10 minute rest between sets for max gains.

Also, chin ups are a very underrated exercise that can work your biceps.

I just stick to dumbbells, always hits the way i need it and it doesn't focus on the branchial muscle unless i want to specifically work it.

The best thing that ever worked for my biceps (got them from 16" to 19" over time) 5 sets heavy, 5 sets light, any variation, every second day, just switching up the angles or if I was too beat up just 2 sets liiiight for 20+ reps. Once again Dr Mike is spot on.

I love the EZ bar! I hit it first every time I go to the gym. Drop sets while alternating between close and wide grips between sets is unbeatable imho

I just broke up my bro split into total body. Now i do ez bar curl one day, hammer curl the next, then preacher curl, then dumbell rotation curls. BIS 4x a week is fun and gains lol

I do 8 exercises of 6 sets for biceps atleast 2 hour workout and it's been working fantastic for me the more you put in the more you'll get out I wear XL and it sits perfectly around the arms
