I got a injury from reverse curls out for 3 months. The side of my wrist was damaged 😢 I recovered but it’s never been the same. I just do hammer curls now for my forearms.

Does the type of bar you are using show any difference? Can I use the neutral grip straight bar for both bicep curls and reverse bicep curls?

Been doing bicep curls and cable hammer curls (with the double ropes.) i see major progress doing just these 2 exercises every time I do biceps.

Reverse curls or hammers are just overkill honestly, almost everything u do hammers your forearms anyways
