I don't know if you changed anything with your teaching style or I've just gotten better at following you but you've been doing a great job so far. You've always been one of the best on youtube at explaining things but some of your cues involving the ribs really helped today.

We love them, we have improved so much, your instructions are always so clear and precise and yet you manage to keep your videos light and fun through the challenge of the poses ! I have tried for years to like yoga because I know it’s good for me, but I found most of the instructors annoying. I’ve done yoga with you 2 days in a row, Tim, and I’m enjoying it. Thank you for changing my yoga experience!

Thanks! This level is good for me right now, concentrating on breath and good form. And for whatever reason, just knowing that the classes are 30-ish minutes makes committing to daily practice feel much more doable for me.

Thank you Tim! I’ll always be a few days behind but I love your 30-day series. This gave me lots of opportunity to send some calm, healing energy to two people in my community who need it right now, and I needed that smile at the end for ancient aliens :)
