Just Doing Squats Will NOT Get You There......

Hey Guys,

It's time for another Shape vs. Size episode. Today we are going to be focusing on how to make your legs look bigger. Most of the time when you walk through the gym you see guys just doing squats.

This is perhaps the most overtrained muscle group on the body. DON'T GET ME WRONG...

Squats are Great!!! But if you do them too much you will get the WRONG SHAPE; which will make your legs look smaller. I want you to have large muscular looking legs. So pay attention to this video.

i totally agree with you. Id rather have huge quads hamstrings and small glutes. A big bubble butt is not my goal, thats hard not to have if you are black, lol.

I think you are correct in saying...if you want nice shapely legs, you have to tone down the gluteus muscles. When I see a person male or female with big gluteus, that is all I see. I was doing donkey kicks thinking maybe it will give me a little toning in the gluteus, but the next day my hamstrings were on 🔥. I am looking to tone all over, I do hike twice a week.

I'm already working on my hamstrings to widen and lengthen for aligning quads. But I am not reducing my glute size. I love mah big booty

haha thats me 42 glutes and 26 thighs my thighs look huge used to be 29 when I was a bit fatter 20%. I prefer the look of the 45 glutes to 26 thigh ratio thats my goal

Definitely interested in knowing ways and exercises to shape the glutes rather than building them it’s for me the area I struggle the most even when lean it’s the softest part of my body as a man lol I don’t like it ! Help please

Sorry I want bigger glutes! Don't want pancake ass! My glutes will shrink to small if I don't focus on them. Don't want to come down with a case of Noassatall

Today I learned that I have ideal promotions…for a male. Hamstrings are popping but glutes are lagging behind 🥲

Although I SOMETIMES forget to lock out the hams to strengthen the glutes, i thought you band walk: I use a hip circle. Is this not more effective in making everything proportionate? (Congrats, I rep leg day to twerk it out) Aiit. Thanks for the tip Ron!
