The Hamstring Muscles

There's a common myth that hamstring injuries are the domain of athletes and don't generally affect the rest of us.

The reality is that even standing upright requires continuous performance from these muscles, making them prone to develop active trigger points.

This in turn may often lead to many other painful disorders, including lower-back, hip, thigh, and knee pain.

I think last time i hurt my right hamstring.
I was running in school, and all of a sudden my right leg started to hurt really bad. Everytime I tried to run the back of my leg would hurt. The back of my knee hurt, and also a part of my calf. I told my teach and she just told me to keep running. I later recovered 2 weeks later.

I can listen to him. Others I feel like to show off how much they know and loose their audience. Kinda like most college professors
