I’ve been going to the gym more consistently since midsummer of last year and I can attest to the difference in cognitive abilities and mental fortitude. Get that sweat in guys and gals!

This is probably why I had a mental breakdown 20 years ago as a truck driver.
After a year the stress took its toll on me cause I couldnt exercise to release the stress.
