Ugh, the comment of having to be able to get out of a chair without assistance at 85 was an eye opener. I can't do that now at 61, without using my arms. Time to fix this! I'm so glad I found you Dr O'Mara!

Such a fantastic show. I am a big fan of Dr O'Mara. Straight talking, no nonsense, tell it as it is. I am implementing his five protocols as part of my life new style and feeling so much better for it. 66 years old but feel like 40 again

Sprinting is a way to do intense exercise without elevation of cortisol for long periods of time. High cortisol will increase insulin too. Many menopause experts are saying the same thing now, no endurance exercise.

I have been taking prescribed medicine for full bloom type 2 diabetes since year 2000
I am following Aitkens diet and I am eating vegetables and very little farm fresh tubers carbohydrates, I have left prescribed medicine for full blown type 2
diabetes 4 years ago. In addition I am doing leg squatting 21reps without weight and a lot of walking daily. .
I had a Dexascan last year 2023 and I have metabolic heath for a healthy 61 years even I was 76 years old then.
I am learning so much from watching and listening to this Podcast. in particular fasting and microbiome and intensive training..
I will include in my Heath Lifestyle Plan
I will improve my biomarker for Insulin resistance in years to come than one indicated in Dexascan last year.
I am Fijian in the Republic of the Fiji Island in the South West Pacific

This is possibly the best video Ive seen of you and Dr Brewer and Vega from Prevmed Health. The way you explain those MRIs, the intro from Dr Ford Brewer. These interviews you are having are important they are so good in my opinion Dr O'Mara. The part where you explain how fat infiltrates into the spine muscles and makes it harder to hold your own upper torso is worth watching this whole video alone.

Dr Brewer, but the FDA recommends 6 to 11 servings of bread, pasta, grains and cereals. I am with Dr Sean O Mara on this one, mad at the system that mislead people.

I’m curious how does the results of a Dexa scan for visceral fat compare with an MRI? The MRI is more graphic but the Dexa gives a value. It’s also what Dr. Attia recommends.
