I'm about to fall asleep at the end of Day 4 of what was going to be a 3 day fast. Who knows how long I'll go. Once you get used to it, 3 days is easy and I appreciate the lower grocery bill!

Great video Dr. Sean. When I was in Croatia I collected some drying figs from the ground, chopped them and put them in water to ferment. Great kvass.
Trader Joe has good prices on cheeses, mascarpone and creme fraiche. For cod liver oil, I like the canned cod livers sold in 'european markets' because the oil has been cooked from the livers in the sealed canning environment and is therefor not subject to oxidation. You don't want any oxoidized omega 3s, and this oil has an excellent mild taste. For kefir, I buy raw milk and then ferment it with kefir grains

I love seeing what others eat in a day. I used to make my own kefir, and it ended up being so much because they ferment so quickly that I've had a lifetime of all I can take.

Great video Dr. Sean! My meals have been one pound of ground beef, that is also mixed with liver and heart from Force of Nature meats, 2 eggs from Vital Farms, a very small amount of onion, zucchini, and garlic from the local farmers market. I started then adding raw cheese, sauerkraut, sour cream, and maybe even some lemon to “The Meal”, and finish it off with some raw keifer sometimes.. I have to say after a few months I have noticed improved digestion by adding the fermented food! Less full, ready for activity sooner, and enjoying my food even more! Thank you for the continued information and I’m excited to try some fermented beet juice!

1. Do you workout during a 4-day fast? Is it recommended or not?
2. Kavas: for beginners, if one wants to make it at home, how to make sure to avoid botulinum development? That the veggie stays completely submerged?
3. Is Kavas the best way to increase/maintain NO levels together with saunas and cold plunges?

What about mad cow disease in the bone marrow? What about so much dairy for women with breast cancer? Does fermented beet get rid of the high oxalates? Your thoughts?? Great video.

Just do everyone knows, you can make your own kvaas at home. It’s expensive to buy, but cheap and super easy to make.
