If you’re new to my channel, my name is Dr. Sean O’Mara. Here’s how I got here…

46 yrs old: Overweight and suffering from heart disease, back pain, and sleepless nights. I was diagnosed with atherosclerosis, Barrett’s esophagus, and degenerative joint disease.
47 yrs old: Doctors recommended surgery and more meds. I wasn’t ready to accept that.
48 yrs old: Received a research grant from the National Science Foundation.
48 yrs old: Spent the next 7 years studying disease at its root—working 4 a.m. to 7 p.m. every single day, all while supporting my family with a part-time job.
49 yrs old: During my research, I found the breakthrough: visceral fat, the hidden fat deep inside the body, was linked to nearly every chronic disease.
51 yrs old: I uncovered the key to reversing disease—eliminating visceral fat.
53 yrs old: I removed all my visceral fat. With it, I reversed every health issue—heart disease, back pain, atherosclerosis, and more.
54 yrs old: I dedicated my life to helping others achieve the same results.
55 yrs old: Started working with high performers—entrepreneurs, athletes, and executives—to optimize their health naturally, without relying on drugs or surgery.

You're in Great shape Doc. You should be so proud of yourself for breaking free from the evil brain washing Medical school propaganda ideology to find the real diet that heals the body & keeps us in great shape no matter what age = carnivore diet 💪🥩 Age is just a number!!!

I have a family member that is 89 1/2 who is in GREAT shape too with the keto diet. He Plays golf, Weight lifts, socializes weekly. Eating a good diet heals the body & keeps it fit. He's proof that age is just a number!! 😊 So are you Doc. keep up the great work & vids!!

I would love to see a video on sprinting for beginners. I’m 55 and just started sprinting after seeing one of your videos. I’m starting out slowly, but I really don’t know what/how I should be doing this. My main goal right now is to not hurt myself. My first sprint is basically starting out at a jog and then slowly pick up the pace. I’m going about 40 yards. Any advice or ideas would be much appreciated.

Love your video. You are such an inspiration!! Ever since I first saw your video, I have been incorporating your protocol. But I am confused...about the exercise schedule. I've been binge watching to see how you exercise and from what I see you only exercise when you fast. Is that correct? I guess I am exercising incorrectly. I rebound six days a week while lifting weights, then swim 3 laps in the pool as fast as I can. I've been sprinting every day too. What is your opinion? Am I exercising too much? I am on a three day fast now. Anything you can add will be much appreciated!
