I needed to hear that part about not over doing it with supplemental training. A lot of the time I’m too sore from weight lifting to want to go into the MMA gym 🤔

I just read what I typed, or rather said into the mic and let it take for me and let me just correct what I was trying to say this man seems like a very balanced and intelligent martial artist, and I wonder if he counts learning more about quantum physics says Mental strength, training or whatever because I could literally almost feel my mind expanding when I’m learning more about that.

The ending part of training too hard is true. I had injured both my calfs overtraining them and it took 4 days to recover fully. You can train like a champ but please be careful.

This man seems like her very balanced, and very intelligent martial artist usually even on my days and I just sit in front of the TV. I do like to get my mind engaged I like to I guess I can call my cell phone, quantum physics enthusiast, the only reason I’m learning anything about it is because I’m smart enough to and it’s fun and I just literally feel my mind expanding, I wonder if that counts?

I’ve done wrestling for 6 years, jiu jitsu for 1.5 years. Karate for like 6 years. Boxing for about 7 months.

Just joined mma club at my school. By the time I graduate I want to be a purple belt in jiu jitsu. And a good striker and good at being able to blend my wrestling jiu jitsu and striking together

My situation currently is I’m 16 gonna turn 17 and I wanna get some armature fights and possibly go pro. I haven’t done many lessons but there is so much to keep in mind because it’s a highly complex sport and I’m pushing myself everyday even trying to push my cardio and strength because I really do wanna be as good as possible. I for what ever reason have a feeling that it’s not enough and I don’t know what I should do. I have a part time job so some days I can’t attend lessons and I know I can’t quit it. I’m going to soon ask for my shifts to be moved corresponding to the lessons but I want to know what I can do on the off days. Like someone thing to improve technique because I really don’t want to forget what I learned.

How come no one wants to talk about escaping can status? It’s always mindset this, skill that, but no one wants to fix the guy with an ACTUAL LOSING STREAK

hi, i do mma for 3hours on sat and sun, but since I'm new I'm still behind most of my class. I want to train at home and be able to put in extra hours so I can be at least close to my classes level can you please give me a workout to practice that is good for mma

Would you not be better off training full mma since most of the techniques used in the individual arts don’t work in mma and are diffrent
